Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Quote: By accepting this quote, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document and authorise us to proceed with the services outlined in the quote.
2. Scope of Services: The services provided will be in accordance with the description outlined in the quote. Any changes to the scope of services will require a new quote and agreement.
3. Payment Terms: Payment for the services outlined in this quote is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon. A deposit may be required before work begins.
4. Cancellation and Changes: Any cancellation or changes to the project must be communicated in writing and may result in additional fees.
5. Liability: We will not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses incurred as a result of the services provided, except for those caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Confidentiality: We will keep all information regarding the project confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created as a result of the services provided will be the property of the client.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
9. Entire Agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings or agreements between the parties.
